Cancellation and Refund Policy for XHH with Ma'a Regular Classes You can cancel your booked session & have credit applied to a future class if you cancel AT LEAST ONE HOUR before the scheduled start time. We do not offer refunds, however, if cancellation is within the allowed timeframe, your payment will be substituted as credit towards a future class within 14 days from your booking. If you cancel within the hour before your booked session, your payment will not be substituted as credit towards a future class. Please note a ‘No Show’ or communicating your absence after your booked session will not be credited or refunded. Thanks for understanding!
